1. Information you provide

The editors allow you to select screenshots, images, PSD files and project files. Editor operations are designed to run in your browser. We do not intentionally upload those files to a Sora Mockup server for editing. Do not use the service for material you are not authorised to process.

If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include.

2. Browser storage

We use browser storage, including localStorage and IndexedDB, to remember theme preferences and support local autosave or project recovery. This information remains on your device unless you clear browser data. Clearing browser data may permanently remove locally saved work.

3. Advertising and Google services

We use Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve personalised ads where permitted and consented to.

Design Studio may request font files from Google Fonts when you select a Google font. Such requests can disclose technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the requested font to Google.

4. Hosting and technical information

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request details, security events and diagnostic information to deliver, secure and cache the service. We may receive aggregated or technical information needed to maintain reliability, prevent abuse and investigate errors.

5. Legal bases and purposes

• Provide and secure the website and browser-based editors.
• Remember preferences and locally recover projects.
• Display, measure and protect advertising, subject to applicable consent requirements.
• Respond to enquiries and comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by service providers such as Google and Cloudflare under their own terms and privacy policies. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and use legally recognised transfer mechanisms where required.

7. Retention

Local editor data remains in your browser until you delete it or browser storage is cleared. Contact correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Advertising and infrastructure providers determine retention for information they process under their respective policies.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You can clear local site data in your browser, manage advertising preferences through Google, and use the consent controls shown on the website.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
