Terms of Use

1. The service

Sora Mockup provides browser-based tools for creating device mockups and graphic designs. Features, supported formats and availability may change. PSD import is provided as a convenience for visual, layout, logo and colour-light adjustments and is not a replacement for professional desktop software.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of content you load or create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use, edit and export that content. You are responsible for maintaining backups; local browser data may be lost if storage is cleared, the browser fails or the service changes.

3. Permitted use

You may use the editors for lawful personal or commercial design work. You may not:

• Use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
• Upload or process unlawful, malicious or abusive material.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass security or misuse advertising systems.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Sora Mockup or SoraStudioTR.

4. Sora Mockup intellectual property

The Sora Mockup and SoraStudioTR names, logos, interface design, original assets and website code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its branding to you.

5. Third-party services

The service may use or link to third-party services such as Google AdSense, Google Fonts and Cloudflare. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Third-party formats, fonts and imported assets may also have separate licences that you are responsible for observing.

6. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect file compatibility, permanent storage, error-free exports or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify exported work before publishing or production use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoraStudioTR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of data, revenue, business or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service.

8. Suspension and changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, advertisers or legal rights. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Competent courts will be determined under applicable law.
